濃厚で艶やかな“琥珀卵”をゆっくりとソースに溶かし、
香り豊かにカリッと焼き上げた熟成黒豚パンチェッタを合わせました。

塩味とコクの余韻が美しいペコリーノチーズをふわりと重ね、
もちもちとした生タリアテッレにソースを絡め、丁寧に仕上げています。

ひと口ごとに広がる、
卵の甘み、黒豚の旨味、ペコリーノの深い香り。

12月5日より、発売開始いたします。

Amber Egg & Aged Kurobuta Carbonara

A rich, lustrous amber-yolk sauce gently folded into the dish,
paired with aromatic, crisp-seared aged Kurobuta pancetta.

A light shower of Pecorino adds a beautiful balance of saltiness and depth,
all wrapped around fresh, chewy tagliatelle and finished with care.

With every bite,
the sweetness of the egg, the savory richness of Kurobuta,
and the deep aroma of Pecorino melt together in harmony.
This is the “Golden Carbonara” that NICO’S has long pursued.
